2. Don't force yourself to choose the weight of bows and arrows. For ordinary men, it should not exceed 40 pounds, and for women, it should not exceed 30 pounds. It is not shameful to have a small weight, but it is shameful to be unable to pull or get injured.

3. Have a good mentality. When you first start practicing archery, don't pay too much attention to accuracy. Every time you shoot, feel your own movements carefully. Do you feel awkward? If so, adjust it and try to lean towards the correct movements.

4. Finally, it is to correct the movements. It is best to have someone correct it next to you. The level does not need to be too high. Bystanders can see clearly. For example, press your shoulders to let you feel the sinking of shoulders and elbows, such as pressing your back to let you feel the back muscles exerting force, etc., the effect is particularly good.
