1. Side standing

Archers can also make full use of the strength of their shoulders, better form linear force, easily master archery movements, and continue to use force more smoothly.

2. Exposed style

The basic requirements of the exposed style are: stand with your feet apart on both sides of the shooting line, the line between the toes of the two feet is about 35-45 degrees to the center line of the target, the left foot stands diagonally, and the right foot is parallel to the shooting line.

When the shooter adopts the exposed style, it is very convenient to keep the feet shoulder-width apart.

However, if the direction of the waist is in the same line as the feet, the bow arm will be pushed backward.

3. Concealed style
