In archery, many archers have more or less encountered the problem of insufficient arm strength. Today, I want to share with you how to improve your bow control ability and use the bow in your hand to do strength, in addition to the well-known push-ups, plank support and dumbbells to exercise strength?
Quickly draw the bow and lean into position. After one second of leaning into position, quickly return to the position where the bow was just drawn. Practice 10-20 times to strengthen the strength that the arm needs to use between drawing the bow and leaning into position. Slow bow and lean into position, as the name suggests, is similar to the first method, but requires the bow to stop for 3-5 seconds after being drawn into position, and then quickly return to the position where the bow was just drawn.
Practice 10-20 times per set. When pulling the bow, hold the bow and stop for 15-20 seconds, 3-5 times per set. Stabilize the leaning strength. When the muscles feel sore, be sure to hold on. Front hand bow training. Lift the bow to the normal bow position with one hand. Practice 10-20 times per set according to your own situation. Strengthen the front hand bow control ability. The above four training methods are combined into one group. It is best to train 3 groups each time. The above four methods not only exercise the strength of the arm, but also make use of the space and fragmented time of the archery hall to practice, and at the same time improve your bow control ability. I hope it will be helpful to everyone. Thank you!
